Phil is a Crash Facilitator for the Nanaimo D.R.I.V.E. Program in partnership with I.C.B.C. and the R.C.M.P. School Liaison Program. He is passionate about educating teenagers on the dangers and results of speeding, drinking or doing drugs while driving. He wants to remind parents and their children that these deadly combinations are the #1 killer of youth.
